Tracing recent history, Hampshire

Having traced someone to their 1960 death, knowing there were two children, I am trying to find records that might help with their possible time spent in Hampshire, specifically in New Milton and New Forest, and to see if relatives still live there today.

Are there voters lists or similar that show names post 1920 to the present day?
Are there property records that identify owners?
Anything else?

I have two addresses and wonder if the residents there today are related and if not when the people I'm interested left.
