If you were a member of GOONS you could use their 'faux certificate' marriage forms.   ;)

There are some parish record marriage blank forms in staffs record office you can by a photocopy. Also i think you used to be able to download some from familysearch. Some archive records office sell blank formats for census , bptism etc. Can't remember whethe there are any on ancestry and also if google you may find some. You could print them on the relevant colour paper or colour the corner of the paper e.g. green for marriage. Had a look on the 2 sites mentioned can't see them now but i think you can create some files  on familysearch.
