i think this could be john/jane's marriage
john cole and jane humphreys were married on the 9th feb 1831 at llanbadarn fawr,cardiganshire

Thank you mick that's given me a lot to mull over not least Edward and Jane's time in Everton.   Probably a coincidence but my great grandmother was born in Everton in 1848 - Ellen Foster.

There's another load of Lawford Coles who end up in Liverpool via Cumberland. The senior Lawford Cole (whose full name could be  Mansell Lawford Cole) was b Narbeth, Pembs  c1803
