Tenby Out Liberty

I picked up, through Google, that someone called Wendy, from Cheshire, was looking for "Tenby Out Liberty" quite some time ago.

I am looking for more details of my mother's side of the family and i know that my grandmother, Julia Elizabeth Owens lived at White Park, New Hedges which apprears to be one of 5 houses that were in the parish of Tenby Out Liberty.  She was born in 1875.  Do we by any chance have some connection.?
