1861 and 1871 Census - Cooper
« on: Friday 20 July 12 15:23 BST (UK) »
Request lookup for Emily Cooper born about 1854 in Abbots Langley.   I know little about her except she married William Brightman in 1872 in Marylebone district and had at least 3 sons William John 1873, George Frederick 1875 and Walter 1880.

Thanks in advance, Dave

Hi Dave,

I see that Ray has already posted the 1871 census for Emily on one of your other posts. The 1861 census seems to be not so easy to find  ??? However there is a baptism which could be Emily -

Emily Cooper
12 Nov 1854, Leavesden, Hertfordshire, England
Father - William Cooper
Mother - Ellen

On Emily's marriage 30 Sep 1872 to William Brightman her father is recorded as William Cooper occ Maltster.

Regards

JJ

Joseph SHEPPARD . . . . you found another SHEPPARD in the EAGLE INN ?

Could they be the link to William B going north ?
