A quick look at the free Index on RootsIreland shows 14 John O'Brien baptisms in South Tipperary around 1862 - 2 seem to be in Ardfinnan RC parish. I'll try to see if any are close matches to the parents names.

The index only shows number of results - you need to pay for the record, or view it in the National Library, to see any further details.

Unfortunately neither of those baptisms in Ardfinnan RC parish seem to fit. I searched the Free Index two years either side of 1862 - i.e. 1860 to 1864, and both the matches are in 1864.

Neither match to father's name of Michael .. father for the 1st one seems to be William, and the second Edmund. The mother for the 2nd seems to be Bridget, but cant work out what her surname might be ...
