Found a little more on the daughter mentioned on the border crossing. 2 Nursing records - the second one gave a birth date of 28 th May but no year.

Barbara A. Clancy, of Rolla, passed away Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Heritage Park Skilled Care Center at the age of 76. She was born in Waukegan, Illinois on May 28, 1928 to the late Harry and Vera (Curtis) Culbert. On July 22, 1949 she married Herbert James Clancy, who preceded her in death.

Hi Sandra, Thanks for additional info. makes interesting reading.  It amazes me how you find all this so quickly. Would have taken me years if not at all. To think last week did not know a thing about Florence and now have all this info. to digest.
