young woman with hat, please date and fix

This is a carte-de-visite photo.  I was wondering about when this photo was take.  Also if someone would be able to clean this up a bit, that would be great.

Hi Charles, Mike and Irene,

Great job on the fixes. 

This is another photo from the 19th century photo album I acquired (http://www.hiddengenealogynuggets.com/genealogyblog/2012/02/photo-genealogy/).  I've been trying to figure out who they are.

Mid-late 1880s but before 1889. Her hair has been frizzed with a curling iron.
