The passing of a much admired Rootschatter, Alex Liggins.
« on: Thursday 16 August 12 12:21 BST (UK) »
To those who knew him, there are not enough words in any dictionary to describe who he was! It will leave a hole in the chat room and our hearts.

RIP Alex Liggins, a man of all men and a gentle one besides!

Condolences to all his family and friends...

Sad news about  Alex, he was such a gentle person, a lovely man and a fellow cat lover. Deepest sympathy to all his family, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him

Such a wonderfull man who gave me many a laugh with his sense of humour.  He made me welcome the first time I came to chat.  He will be missed by many.

I'm saddened to hear the news of Alex's passing. He was always so friendly and although he had a quiet disposition in the chatroom his sense of humour and willingness to help people with their Scottish research was always appreciated and continues to be so.

Rest in peace, Alex. You shall be missed.

Matt.

Am going to miss seeing Alex in chat and on FB.  He was such a nice person.  Regards to the family.  Hope he now finds the rellies he has been searching for all this time.
