You can use Find my Past to search by address and pay credits to view the return. I have not found anything for 1891 but the house shows up on 1901.

The 1901 occupant is living elsewhere in 1891.

Thanks for the information, my cousin lives at 2, Hibbert Terrace and I am trying to find as much history as I can for her about this lovely old terraced house.

Looking at Streetview, I would guess that the properties were built in the late 1890s, so you are unlikely to find an 1891 entry.

I agree. Lovely buildings.
Looking at ALSTON in south Ribble area, ALSTEAD and DONBAVAND/DUNBABIN etc. everywhere, HOWCROFT and MARSH in Bolton and Westhoughton, PICKERING in the Whitehaven area.
