Hi
On Wiltshire bmd, they have George born sub district of Corsham, mother's maiden name Tremblin.
Also have records with him born Box
Other records show a marriage in Calne for Frederick and Annie Tremlin in June 1886. She is said to be from Quemerford (lots of families of that name in the area even now) and he is from Gloucestershire.

Have also seen her named as Sarah Ann(e). I will see if I can find any more on her.

Hope this may be of help

Glen.

Thanks Glen, yes you have Sarah's birthplace correct.
Having another look at the latest census, looks like Q as you stated.
Good find.
