From other postings, I understand that it is possible to access this from home using some library cards.

Does anyone know if this applies to South Gloucestershire libraries, and if so, how do I do it?

Many thanks

If it was available I should think it would be accessed via the link entitled 'Newspapers Online' via their website - bottom right of the page. Enter your library card number.
