David Thomas c1808 Builth
« on: Monday 20 August 12 10:08 BST (UK) »
I am looking for the baptism of David Thomas  c1808 in Builth. On 1841 census he seems to have married someone by the name of Mary. Can anyone help me find their marriage? They seem to have their first child William c1838. Other children Jane, Catherine, Mary, Elizabeth, david, Sarah Ann and Julia follow. So looking for Davids baptism and marriage if anyone can help. They seem to be in Builth all of their lives. Thank you.

Thank you for your time. It is odd that they had a child out of wedlock though....their first child being born 1838....also the census has him being born 1808-1815! Rather than 1804 baptism......hhhhhmmmm hope I have the right person!

Hello

I looked on the 1851 & William is at home with Mum & Dad.Gives his age 13,Tailors App.

Have you got a copy of William`s birth cert? or who you descended from.

I have seen many times couples having Children before marriage, making out they were & marrying later.

I have looked on FindMyPast again.Maybe the all the Parish Records for Builth
hav`nt  all been transcribed.

Kind Regards
