I'm trying to trace family links along a maternal line to Scandinavia - I have as far back as Alice Slesser, who married to become Alice Bigg...but can't get any further...perhaps somebody could help?  I believe one of her daughter's names was Violet.

The marriage was in 1923 in Essex - Alfred E Bigg to Alice A Slesser

Wow! That was a speedy response! First, I've been dying trying to remember her husband's name - everybody called him Eggar. So, it's her mother - I think Elizabeth Slesser, married Henry - who I'm trying to trace...
