An 1851 Lookup Please

Hi,

Probably a bit tricky as it's a Jones thing. Anyway here goes.
I'm trying to identify the family a Susannah Jones b. 23/7/1848 probably in Connah's Quay.

The best I've established so far is that her father was a JOHN JONES (of which there were several procreating at the time) and mother ELIZA.

I think there was a sister Ellen b.1835 & a brother b. 1843, and possibly several others.

Can anyone find this family in the 1851 or 1861 census please which would hopefully give me a bit more on Jono & Eliza,
