I am looking for any information on William Holmes and Jeanie Smith.
William (DOB 1881 father William) married Jeanie Smith ( DOB 1882 father Hugh) at 71 Nicholson Street in Greenock. 14 June 1912.
Williams parents William Holmes and Isabella Mcateer arrived in Greenock from Antrim after 1874, and had nine children in total however only four survived, William, Henry(DOB 1883), Mary Anne (DOB 1879) and Margaret (DOB 1895).
Jeanies parents Hugh Smith and Elizabeth Sampson were both born in Kilmarnock, they also had nine children all of whom survived to adulthood, Jeanie was the youngest.
I am wondering if anybody could fill in any details of children that William and Jeanie may have had.
And also whilst I have much information on Henry Holmes, Williams younger brother and some on Mary Anne I have no information on Margaret so anything on Williams wee sisters would be a real bonus.
