Restoration please

Hello , would it be possible to clean up this photo which is of my great grandma martha Barton and her twin sons , one of whom is my grandfather .  The twins were born in 1890 .

Had a try, but it would be better scanned at 300dpi,

I also have another one which is in much worse condition .
