I am looking for Edward Collier born abt 1835 Swindon, Wiltshire with parents Thomas Collier born abt 1785 Oxfordshire and Sarah born abt 1788 Oxfordshire, in the 1861 census they were living in Abingdon.

The 1841 census of Oxfordshire and North Berkshire has been transcribed and indexed by the members of Oxfordshire FHS (who hold copyright). I've checked the index, and can't find your COLLIER family therein. Sorry !

Re-reading the post I think I have the wrong family up too, the dates and place match up for Edward but not for his parents.
