The one on the left is definitely Susannah York.

I agree the one on the left is indeed Susanna York.
I would say the one of the right is not.
However they have a very similar face shape...

We need the photographic experts to check the two photos.  I think the faces are the same, but one is very made up for a professional photo and the other was just a snap - I assume.

I've looked at photos of all the other young singers and starlets I can think of.  I did think of Janette Scott but it's not her.  Whoever it is seemed very shy on the original photograph.  The hair is late 1960s I'd say, but the dress she's wearing looks 1950s, you can just see a large net skirt.

It looks nearer to the 50s to me.  The hair may be deceptive - it looks short from the front, but it may be longer and worn in something like a French roll at the back.

If it is a French roll at the back then that was about 1962/3.  I remember my hairdresser trying to get me to try that style, but I don't suit having my hair pulled from my face like that.

this was my 60's French Roll..............  A lovely Italian hairdresser lady from 'RAYMONDS' salon  --- oh for those days again....

I just had to know if this one had been solved and I have to say that I think Susanna Yorke is the closest look alike yet.
