The 1861 census was taken on the night of 7th April - so Philip was still in the Army?

1881 census - Is this him?

Hi
Thanks KGarrad I have that census  just cannot find family on either 1861 or 1871
between 1861 and 1871 they are in Devon because of the births of children . as you can see they had a child in cardiff 1872.
cheers cardiff ???

Cardiff - I was just putting out there for reference, in case anyone else was looking!

Also, Philip & Mary married in September qtr 1858, East Stonehouse district.

But, like you, I can't see them in either 1861 or 1871 :-\
