Finding a grave

Hi wondering if anyone can help- I am trying to find out if a relative is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, West Bank Widnes.
The name is-
Albert Charles Vause
Died 1895 in Widnes

Burials in the Parish of Farnworth, County of Lancaster 1895
Albert Charles Vause
Abode - 41, Milton Rd, Widnes.
Date of Burial - 28th September
Age - 41 yrs
Ceremony performed by William Thatcher, Curate.

Can you confirm that Albert Charles Vause was buried in St.Mary's Widnes, he did live at 41 Milton Rd.
