They are two doors down from the Lamb and Flag Inn in 1901 - you can find more info on the pub here. It mentions the fate of the next door huose, but not sure if this is where the Joneses were

the family also lived in a property named Myddewi Garnant.  Can anyone throw any light of this property's whereabouts please.

thanks

Is it Myddewi or TyDdewi ?

The former makes no sense to me (as a welsh speaker). The latter is literally Dewi's House  - Dewi being a welsh form of David - but is also the welsh name for the town of St David's.

Searching identifies there was a house called Tyddewi on Garnant Road - eg

Tyddewi looks right as it is latterly occupied by a William Enson Jones(killed in the war) and his wife of 1910,Hannah(nee Jones born 1877),three stepchildren and sister in law Maggie Rees.
