Is it possible there were twins John Harvey & a Joseph Harvey speculation but I have twin brothers from my mothers side.

It's a case of FreeBMD has incorrectly indexed the name as John.

I think I have founf JHH attestation papers from WW1 - he gives his address as High Cross Road, Tottenham.  He is aged 37 years and 7 months, 5ft 4.5 inches, chest girth of 37inches, weighs 119 lbs, with a tattoo on his left forearm.  Mother (and next of kin) is Agnes HArvey of High Cross Road, Tottenham

Pressed wrong button - didn't mean to post just then!  He joined Middx Regt, then transferred to 4/1 Herts Regt, C company
