Harpham and Foston on the Wolds are quite close to each other just east of Driffield, East Yorkshire is a possibility......

Oh heck, the problem with this - the batch number is an 'I' number and therefore patron submitted.
Here's an explanation posted by Guy Etchells :

The I numbers are patron submissions made up from collected family group sheets compiled into batches.  These contain the details of up to three persons.
I.E. in a christening the subject and parents in a marriage the couple.
For example I02xxx denotes submissions made in 2002
I00xxxx are submissions from the year 2000.

Reading between the lines it's basically a transcription error.

I'm more or less certain the place doesn't exist.
