Hi. I am trying to trace the descendants of Horace Charles JOHNSON born 1888 in W.Rudham, Norfolk. He went to Canada in 1910 as a farm labourer, returned to the Uk for a visit but went back in 1913 landing at Halifax. He married my great aunt Florence Phillips in York Co. on 16 Feb 1914. My great aunt was born in Yeovil, Somerset, UK in 1890 and was sent out to Ontario by Dr Barnados in 1902 aged 11. They had two children: Walter born in York Co. in 1915 and Stanley born in 1918. I know a little bit about son Walter. He was in the Royal Canadian Ordinance Corp and was in the UK in 1944 as he attended my grandfather's funeral. Family memories are that Walter married in Canada abt 1945 and had a daughter Diane born in 1946. I would love to know what happened to the family and to know whether any of my cousins are still in the area. Regards Barry Phillips
