1911 Census "M1"
« on: Sunday 14 October 12 16:15 BST (UK) »
On the additional forms for the 1911 census it says "Number on Form M1 if House is on the Holding of a Landholder".
But I don't see form "M1".  Is it available for viewing?

Thanks.

Hi,
See the right hand side of form "B1".

Regards

On form B1, it says the name of the landowner and refers to a #7 on M1, which is where the landowner lived.

In Ballyminstra, there are two men with the same name but a different number in this column ... so they are two individuals.
But house #7 on the main forms is a totally different family. I'm trying to figure out WHICH of the men is my ancestor.
I don't see a "form M1" to refer to - hence my confusion.  If I read correctly, it says that form M1 will reveal where the landowner lived (and his other census records).

Hi,
I don't think that Form M1 Is on-line. My intention was to show others where to find your original
statement. It took me some time to locate it. Sorry for any confusion.
