1851 Kent Look Up Please

I'm hoping that someone can assist me in locating one of my ancestors and I apologise if this is too vague.

I'm looking for Richard Stuart who was born in 1790 in Harwich, Essex.  He was a Mariner and, to date, appears to be missing from the 1841 census.

He was widowed in Harwich in 1849 but does not appear on the 1851 census for Essex.  He re-married in 1856 in Lewisham but by the 1861 census is widowed again and living at 3 Charlton Road, Charlton, with his step-son from his 2nd marriage.

I'm hoping that he was in Kent by the 1851 census but have no idea whether there is a name index

Everything seems to fit except his age, so maybe this is Richards son:

Mary A do wife mar age 20 born Deptford
Jane McCallum wifes mother widow age 52 annuitant born Woolwich
Lloyd do wifes brother un age 15 scholar born Wales Pembroke

There's no other reference to a Richard Stuart on the 1851 census index for Lewisham (which includes Charlton), so not sure where else he might be.
