Amersham on the Hill

I am working on a project for Amersham Museum, researching the history of the development of Amersham following the arrival of the railway.

I would be very interested in any stories or photos anyone has related to this; we have a particular focus on the shops and commercial premises, but the development of the metroland houses is also of interest. Another reasearcher is looking at the railway itself, so any material on that would help him out.
