1. that her name was changed to Hilda Thompson and she died in an asylum in Sydney 1959

Jonas Edwin Crabtree a Nimmitabel grazier was sent back to Long Bay Jail for refusing court orders to discharge a mortgage of $1800 to the CBA and hand over two certificates of titles and leave his 7,000 acre property Jumping Creek, which he had owned for 37 years in partnership with his brother Aubrey Whitworth Crabtree of Granville. The court ordered the property to be sold in 1967. Jonas refused to comply with the court orders so on October 1st he was held in contempt of court and jailed for an indefinite period. He refused again on Oct 6 and again on Oct 22, when the Judge referred to Jonas “as obstinate a man as I have ever met in my life”. On Oct 30 he agreed to carry out the orders and was released from custody. Solicitors for Mr Aubrey Crabtree said Jonas had breached the court orders and returned to his property "to tend to his cattle" so the case was due back in court again but was held over until 12 March 1971 due to Jonas being floodbound on the property.
