Hello to All RootsChat Members,

I was just wondering:
'How do we actually Link a particular Topic (previously posted), within another New Topic?'

Hi Jeanette,

If you are looking at a topic, then the address will show in the address bar
If you then click on the address bar, the address will be marked. If not use the cursor to mark the address
Press Control and C (Copy into the temporary buffer)

Go to the board where you want to add a topic and click on New Topic or
Go to the topic where you want to make a link, Click on Reply and type in your text
at the appropriate place in the text, press Control and V (Paste), the link should now be in your Reply
(I sometimes do that first, so I don't "lose" it, and then type the rest of the text "around" it

Try it and see, if it doesn't work, ask again !

Good luck !
Bob
