Hi JJ

When you say Edwin Payton Wright died in 1952 do you mean Edwin Payton Wright Jnr or his Son as Edwin Payton Francis Wright who was  born in 1863????

Too many Edwin Paytons to look at !!!!

Hi Brian,

It was written on his WW1 Service Record - Edward Payton Wright aged 33 in 1916. He was discharged as unfit so didn`t serve.  His address was "The Bungalow", Leamington Road, Bournmouth from memory and his occupation listed as "Private Means".  He was still living 15 Leamington Road, Bournmouth when he died in 1952 according to his probate record.  Probate granted to Winifred Betty Liddiard wife of Eric Basil Liddiard.
I think Winifred was his daughter born 1917.

Hi Brian,

The Edwin Payton Wright who died in 1952 was born 1882 and therefore the son of Matilda and Edwin Payton Wright.
