Herefordshire and District Working Boys Home and Certified Industrial School

Does anyone know where I can find admittance and discharge records for the Herefordshire and District Working Boys Home and Certified Industrial School? I suspect a relative was there but don't know for sure since Brown is his surname and is quite common.

The workhouse site gives information about industrial schools here http://www.workhouses.org.uk/IS/England.shtml

But I think that if any admission registers exist then it should be the Hereford Archives who may hve the information. I haven't found anything online: http://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/leisure/archives/3584.asp
