The number to call is 0800 404 9723 isn't that a UK free call number? I would be surprised if they didn't handle Sales and Marketing locally, certainly if you call the Australian number you talk to someone in Australia.

Well, I've called the 0800 number on two different occasions, and each time I spoke to a very pleasant lady with an American accent who confirmed that she was in the US.
