ordering certificates
« on: Monday 30 May 05 18:26 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I was wondering what the difference is between ordering the photocopy of the entry in the Register, and ordering the certificate.

The prices are quite different!

Also, if you've ordered any certs/photocopies, what do you recommend?

Thanks for any assistance,
Charlotte

the information on both are the same but you have the index number to get the photocopy.
This information Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

That's good to know; copies are certainly a better option!

Finding the index numbers is my next task...

Thank you,
Charlotte
