Parkes or Parker - Sunderland 1907

Hi,

I have recently aquired a bible with the following handwritten dedication;

On the first page it says H Parkes (maybe Parker)
                                       3 Leamington St,
                                       Sunderland

On the following page is written;

Dec 25th 1907.

To Harry from Mother - x -

In all thy ways acknowledge the Lord and he shall direct thy path.

There is no other family information,not too much,I know,but it might mean something to someone,if so, I would be happy to scan the relevant pages for you
