marriage in hertfordshire

Hi,
 I wonder if someone could help me with a marriage please.   

William Hart and an Elizabeth about 1838 and 1846.

William gives his birthplace as either Hatfield or Watford depending which census he is in.
Elizabeth gives her birthplace as Standon.
Two of their children were baptised in Northaw in 1846 and 1849 the last one was baptised in London.

I have tried the IGI with no success so any help would be great.

When were William & Elizabeth born?

It would be advisable to buy a copy of one of their children's births certs to get her maiden name

Hi if I have the correct 1851 census, then Elizabeth occ Coachmans wife also has a son George b c 1844 Denham, Buckinghamshire, so the marriage could have possibly been in that location?

A Female Servant NOT born in County born c 1821

To confirm all of this it would be best to a least get one of the Childrens Birth Certs of William/Elizabeth to confirm her maiden name.   

The the Marriage Cert which will give their Fathers names/occp.
