I had cause to look for a burial there about 18 months ago.   The best thing to do is to contact the cemetery office at All Hallows Rd (they hold all of the records).   They will be able to give you a plot number and a site map.

Don't get your hopes up though, as the site has become almost derelict in places.   I was looking for a grave that was last opened in 1937 and it is not possible to identify it.   From recollection, a lot of the gravestones were removed as they had become dangerous.

Here is a link to the cemetery office:

I have the fiche for the London Road Cemetery (Memorials ) by BFHS and there are 9 entries for Franklin but I cannot see a William T-I will have another look as there are  several "occupants" in each grave so I may have missed him !!

I have rechecked and there does not seem to be a William T. Franklin.

William Thomas FRANKLIN was buried as you said, 8 Jul 1910 at London Rd Cemetery (consecrated ground) - his address being shown as 20 Curzon Street.   (from the BFHS burial index)

Given that there is no trace of him on the MI transcript suggests that either there was no headstone or it has been subsequently removed due to safety concerns.
