Chesterfield lookup please - Bretland

I'm looking for the birth of a Thomas Bretland who married Ann Stevenson in 1766. I only have the FamilySearch records to go on. I've found a Thomas Bretland born in Chesterfield in 1732 to Reginald Bretland but there is also a record that he died in 1737 so it doesn't help much. Any help gratefully received.
