1851 Census - Aldbury
« on: Wednesday 01 June 05 11:38 BST (UK) »
I am attempting to find Children of William and Lydia Hawkins.

Previously William and three children Emma, Charlotte and Maria were found in 1851 census.  (although not Lydia)

I have now found from Parish register three brothers Alfred (born circa 1832), Francis (birth ?) and Stephen (born bef March 1836).

I would be grateful if someone could see if these three are in the Albury census for 1851.

Thanks , any help much appreciated.

Hi

I have checked the complete 1851 census index for Berkhamsted Reg District, which includes Aldbury, but I am afraid that Alfred, Francis and Stephen were not listed.

I did find this burial for Stephen.

16 March, 1836. Stephen HAWKINS aged 1, St John the Baptist, Aldbury.

Rick :)
