1841 and 1851 Walthamstow

Trying to find the following family.  This is them in 1861

James Ruggles 57 b. Walthamstow
Susannah 55 b. Suffolk
John 26 b. Walthamstow
Esther 24      "
Edmund 21    "
Caroline 17    "
Arthur 15        "
Harriett  11     "

In 61/71/81 census they always reside at Orford Road, Walthamstow.  Hopefully they may be there in 51 and 41.  James is a Sawyer/Timber Dealer.  Susannah, his wife came up as Hannah on one census.  Born Suffolk, but the town changes. Could be Ipswich or Stanfield.

I hope I'm on the right board for this.  I always associate Walthamstow with London, but on the census I have it says Essex.
