she was described as the daughter of Richard Sampson and also the daughter of Richard Turner
is it possible that Richard Sampson and Richard Turner are the same person ?
It is possible she was the god daughter of one of them and the natural daughter of the other.
What name did she marry under? i think from memory it was Sampson in which case was she Grace Turner married to Mr Sampson and thus she became the daughter IN LAW of Richard Sampson and then she married JOhn Lovelace? in which case Richard Sampson need make no further provision forh er but Richard Turner wanted to because she was his daughter ?

How about if she was the natural daughter of Richard Sampson but the step daughter of Richard Turner ? when did Richard Sampson die ?
i did work on the Lovelaces but cannot remember what i found now, i do remember colour coding it though!
it wasn't usual for daughters to inherit when they were married unless their was no male lineage.
