I'm unsure what the 2 line says.  I think I have the rest correct.

Valvular heart disease years

would it be far fetched to say that it could look like "Flu"???   difficult one.

My first thought was Flu, but surely a doctor would put Influenza.

Yes I think Nanny Jan might be right.

Although I was expecting a number after the words " Valvular heart disease years".....
I would have expected the actual number of years to be on there too.

I wonder if it is Rh as valvular heart disease may be caused by rheumatic fever etc.

Is there any chance that you could post a bit more of the certificate?

I do not think it is a 'R, looking at the beginning of the second line, that seems to be a 'R'.

'P' is a possible, but the 'm' is different from the one in Topham
