Contacting request - Curious Fox and GenesReunited

I was wondering if anyone could help me with sending a message to a relative i have stumbled across on the curious fox website. I would be for ever greatful to anyone who maybe able to help.

Its a helpful site but is separated by Paid Members and Free Members. So if I see a message which is published by a Free Member I must become a Paid Member to answer the message. But I can if I am a Free Member answer a message published by a Paid Member!

I found Hadlow, near Tonbridge, Kent and the area seemed to have a cricket ball making community. However I could not find any of the names the post mentioned.

Joe, I take it this request is just because you want to contact this person rather than have any lookups done for the family, or do you require any assistance?

I cannot see a birth for a George William Jeffery in Kent in 1905 but there is this:
George William Humphrey birth reg Maidstone Mar 1/4 1905. Maybe he was illegitimate as Humphrey was his mother's name?

And this marriage fits with the names given:
Fanny Ellen Humphrey married William James Jeffery/erey Sept 1/4 1906.

So we don't know if William James is George's father or not ....

  Red is an  unpaid member, green is a paid member. A paid member  can contact either paid or unpaid members. Unpaid members  can contact paid -green- members but not unpaid -red- members. Paid membership is annually £5.50 if I remember correctly.

Sorry ruskie. i am looking to contact the person. she is my mums cousin anf we dont know where she went. all though you have confirmed the situation i thought about georges relationship with his father

'Stephanie' also has an entry for George on Genes Reunited so you could contact via that site.

However, if you really want to make contact with her is it not worth the £5 to join Curious Fox?   According to the site although the post was made in 2006 she is still an active member on the site so the email address they have for her is still valid.
