Hi David can you show the whole thing including edges and the back if you have access to the original. She looks late teens/early 20s to me and is wearing a ring on her wedding finger.Could be an engagement ring though.

Looking again I'm favouring early 20s for her age.

I would agree with early 20's for her age. Not particularly relevant, but her hands, particularly the left one, look swollen and fingers slightly misshapen as if she might have sufferred from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
