As a direct descendant of this maritime family I am attempting to trace the connection with one Ellinor Peters of Aberdyfi who married into the family circa 1750. I am aware of the smuggling exploits of David Williams and the standoff and riotous behavior of he and friends when confronted by the Deputy Sheriff and his posse.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
