Query re pages already visited
« on: Sunday 06 January 13 18:12 GMT (UK) »
Am I missing something but how do you know which pages you have previously visited on the site?

Perhaps there is some "mark" I have not noticed but I do find it difficult sometimes to find a page to post a photo I have been working on for example. Is it me or?

You could use the 'send this topic' button to send yourself a reminder  :)

Both true, but under the old system the post was marked in the title page , which I found very handy.
Will just have to stop posting repairs!

Hi japeflakes

I don't do many restores these days but what I've always done is to add the name of the original poster to the file that I'm working on. I often use the date that they posted as well.

It does narrow it down somewhat  :-\

Hi Japeflakes,
I use the same method as brevitas, the poster's name and number one, when posting back I use the poster's name plus any letter followed by the number of layers i've used.

Bill.  :)
Feel free to alter/modify or colour any restores done by me.

If with this you mean the "yellow folder" icon, that indicated topics which you have answered, then I must ask you all to be patient.

We know that this is missing, and Trystan is working on it.

thanks,
Bob
