Re Brevitas reply above, the only marriage I can find for a Francis Jones and a Bromley between 1881 and 1891 is to Mary Bromley in Llanfyllin in 1888, That coincidentally is Elizabeth's mother's name! So right, time, right place, wrong generation! Weirder and weirder. Is it me?

Never mind, I love this detective work.
