Do you have both her birth name and religious name? date of birth or approx. age?

Try putting 'sr.' in the forename box to search 1901 and 1911 census-
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

You can also try searching newspaper or death records depending on the period.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

You could also try ‘Religious’  in the Occupation box.

Is there a list for Nuns in Scotland for 20th century.. ?

I know her birth name and given Nun name but not the convent...
