Help to find Marriage for Alfred henry Clements

Hi,

Help requested to locate the marriage between Alfred Henry Clements and Ada Clements (nee ???).

I am very certain Alfred Henry Clements is the son of Alfred Clements and was born 1882 in Sunbury.
The 1901 census shows he lived with his parents in Camberwell and was a Glass Packer.
The 1911 census shows he was married to Ada Clements, married for 8 years and had a child Fred.
Fred was 6 in 1911.

I have searched and searched and cannot find the marriage or the birth of Fred.

Suggestions please.

Hi Bob,

Around this time part of Camberwell Parish became part of Lambeth Parish also Lambeth reg district became part of borough of London. With this in mind i have found the following birth record on freebmd, which i suspect may be Fred.

Frederick William Clements, March Qtr 1905, Lambeth, 1d 401.

As for the marriage i'm not finding anything at present, hope the birth record helps though!

I can't find a birth entry for Alfred Henry in the Sunbury area but....

Alfred Harvey Clements, birth reg Sept 1882 Staines 3a 7

Alfred Harvey Clements, marriage Dec 1907 Greenwich 1d 1794 poss bride Ada Louise Sailes

and baptisms 12 March 1893 at St Mary Kilburn to Alfred & Mary Clements of 22 Kingsley Road, Salesman

Mabel Alice bn 14 oct 1880
Alfred Harvey bn 15 July1882
Ethel Maud bn 9 Dec 1883
Florence Mary bn 9 Sept 1885
Nellie Beatrice bn 8 April 1887
Phylis bn 9 Feb 1889

I like the look of the birth for Frederick in 1905.
I've seen the entry for Alfred Harvey - it fits with the marriage, but the name is wrong.
I can understand the marriage after the birth of their son.

The baptisms tie up with Alfred's siblings in the 1901 census, unless the 1901 census is wrong and this is a completely different family.
