Pleasuregate Johnstonebridge.
« on: Friday 25 January 13 14:12 GMT (UK) »
My great grandfather James Anderson was born at Pleasuregate in 1839. I have a photograph of his parents taken outside Pleasuregate (James and Janet) and I visited the house about 3 years ago . Jane Anderson who married William Dickson was my great grandfathers sister.
James and his wife Janet went to live at Sedbergh.
